23-year-old Shiven Kumar from Himachal Pradesh will be awarded the Rashtriya Prerna Doot Puraskar 2020-21 by the organisation Face of Future India on February 3, he said in a statement. He said that he has remained active in social service since childhood, donating his blood 18 times and participating in various awareness campaigns, among other activities. He is currently engaged in a voter awareness campaign on social media ahead of panchayat elections in the state.
